Shipping policy
At T-BRUSH, we partner with A2Z Delivery to ensure your eco-luxury oral care essentials arrive safely and swiftly. Below you’ll find a comprehensive overview of our shipping terms, timelines, and guidelines.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing Time: 1 business day from order confirmation
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM EEST ship the same day; orders after 3 PM ship the next business day
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with order details and an estimated ship date

- Rates are flat per order, regardless of weight or item count
- Free shipping promotions, if any, will override standard rates at checkout
3. Carrier & Tracking
- Carrier: A2Z Delivery
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and SMS, if provided) with your A2Z tracking number
- Live Updates: Track your package in real-time on A2Z’s website or via their mobile app
4. Delivery Guidelines
- Delivery Window: 3–5 business days from shipment date
- Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete (building, floor, apartment). We cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
- Missed Deliveries: A2Z will attempt delivery twice. Undeliverable packages returned to us incur a $5 re-delivery fee.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged in Transit: Photograph the packaging and contents, then email support@t-brush.com within 48 hours
- Lost Shipments: If your package doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, contact us for an investigation
- Missing Items: We’ll coordinate with A2Z to locate missing items or ship replacements at no extra cost
6. Changes & Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment Changes: Email support@t-brush.com within 1 hour of order to update address or shipping method
- Cancellations: Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full. After shipment, standard return policies apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Lebanon. Stay tuned for future global expansions!
